Does anyone have a clean set of Commander handlebars for sale or if not know what they originally fitted ?
Thanks Paul

Re: Help please problem with my F1
Marco I replaced the broken fittings with high quality silicon hose which I more flexible and heat proof. It fits on the Stubbs on the engine and over the existing pipe.

Yes the Greenford one did jump in price..literally while I was calling so obviously he can keep it until he realises it's not gold.

Re: Popham 2019
John it would be a bit sad with just the two of us. Friends of speedway (Roy) will still have a stand as a focal point for Rotaries and Triumph owners have the tea and food as usual. With such low numbers individuals can register for their free tickets with the easy new system and can meet at the FO...

This is the link now for Popham tickets as they have changed the process and made it free and much easier for exhibitors. Just follow this link and it registers your bike and emails details. Hope to see some people there. Paul https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/motorcycle-megameet-2019-tickets-60970827386

Re: Gearbox oil
JB ...REALLY 😳 One thing that would worry me with R in the Rotary gearbox although it is a superb lubricant is that the gearbox may get hot enough to cause varnishing especially in an air cooled bike. R is a fantastic lubricant I agree but once hot causes varnish to build up on all surfaces think I ...

Zed the Interceptor has a Norton front end and may be fitted with a TLS or upgraded SLS hub.
If talking R1010 that has Brembo calipers and stops rather well.
Sadly now sold

Re: spark plugs
It would have to be a high mileage engine on ngk to have sufficient carbon built up to worry about.
The air cooled engine I have just stripped had high carbon build up on the rotors but the plug threads were clear.

It's not the new version JB it's the old original beauty.
Rode it first time then other day and the dynamic balanced crank is just awesome.

I may sell r1010 you all know the bike as even I think about 20 bikes are too many now. Re: Commander will not idle when hot
Concur JB idle control pipe o rings always worth a look as per my first post.
I have found a few incorrectly fitted pipes as well as they are easy to bend with a bit of ham fistedness....
Once bent they don't sit in the the o rings and hey Presto no idle.
Keep us updated
